Gerry the Giraffe’s Silly Shuffle

Gerry the giraffe stands tall with her long, spotted neck bending just a little. Her big, wide eyes peek out over her worried eyebrows, and her mouth forms a surprised ‘O’. Both knees knock together, and her long, gangly legs twist and cross like spaghetti noodles, as if she might start dancing at any moment.

Her tiny tail flicks behind her, and tufts of fur stick out just below her cheerful horns. Little motion lines zing from her legs, making it look like she’s wiggling or maybe doing a nervous jig. Gerry’s floppy ears curve out to the sides, and spots dot her body in all shapes and sizes, just waiting for bright colors.

Fun Fact!

A giraffe only has teeth on its bottom jaw in the front, and a hard pad on its top jaw, which it uses to strip leaves.
