Grumpy Ogre at the Little Door

A big ogre squeezes through a small doorway. His mouth opens wide in a growly yell, and his eyebrows bunch like storm clouds. Two short horns poke from his bald head while his round belly leads the way.

He wears a jagged skirt and a wide belt dotted with shiny studs. Heavy boots stomp forward, and his giant hands reach out with chunky fingers. The arched door frames him with a deep, cave-dark shadow. Strong, simple lines leave plenty of room for bold colors.

Fun Fact!

The word "ogre" is French in origin and was first popularized by author Charles Perrault in his 1697 book, 'Tales of Mother Goose'.
