Thirsty Lemur at the Wiggly Pond

A curious lemur leans forward, his big round eyes wide with wonder as he laps up a drink from a calm pond. His striped tail curls high above his back, almost as if it wants to bounce with excitement. Gentle ripples spread from his nose, breaking the quiet water and making his own reflection giggle back at him.

Sunlight shines on his soft fur, showing off every whisker and stripe. Below, in the glassy pond, his mirrored twin seems just as thirsty. Every little detail—from the bend in his fingers to the swirl in his tail—invites colors to jump right in.

Fun Fact!

Baby lemurs are called infants or sometimes pups, and they are often very tiny when born.
