Giggles the Many-Eyed Sea Wiggler

A bell-shaped head floats like a jellyfish, smooth and round. A ring of wide eyes covers his face, from one big watcher in the middle to tiny peekers near the cheeks. He flashes a toothy, zigzag smile that looks silly more than scary. Soft lines on his crown ripple like light beams in water.

Long noodles of tentacles twirl and loop beneath him, crossing and uncrossing like ribbons. Each strand swings a different way, so the creature seems to wiggle hello. Curved marks around the sides hint at splashes and bubbles. Wide spaces beg for bright stripes, dots, and spots all over his wavy skin.
