Platypus Paddles Downstream in Australia

A bright-eyed platypus wiggles through a winding river, smack in the middle of a big map of Australia. Thick grass tufts pop up on the banks, and the platypus scoots his wide tail and webbed paws beside them. With his bill pointed straight ahead, he looks ready to dive after a squiggly fish or two.

The river twists and curls, leading the way across the whole page. By the platypus’s black button eye, his fur looks soft and squishy, and his tail swishes along, covered in little teardrop shapes. The platypus seems curious about where the water will take him next, gliding past the clumps of grassy reeds.
