Thirsty Bear by the Frozen Pond

A big polar bear leans forward, nose nearly touching a chilly rock in the water. His paws press softly into the icy ground, leaving little marks behind him. He looks curious, eyes wide and whiskers twitching, as he checks out the icy pond and the lumpy stone poking up.

Soft lines show the frosty world around him. There are smooth ice blocks along the edge and a few scattered pebbles lying near his feet. In the background, snowy hills rise up and wrap the bear in a wintry hug, while gentle ripples circle the sturdy rock in the pond.

Fun Fact!

Cubs stay inside the snow den with their mother for about three to four months.
