Stinky Surprise and the Gas Mask Crowd

A fluffy skunk stands right in the center, grinning wide and looking very pleased with himself. Swirls of puffy clouds burst around his big, bushy tail, filling the air with cartoon sparks and little puffs that dance across the page. Behind him, four grown-ups peek out, all wearing enormous gas masks with round eyes full of shock. Some even have wiggly question marks over their heads, as if they cannot believe their noses!

The skunk’s fur bristles with excitement while the adults crowd together, ducking behind the rising fog. Each person’s mask is drawn with thick, funny lines and big, wild eyes, making the whole scene feel a bit silly. The ground is sprinkled with small stones, as if the skunk stomped for extra effect. Who knew skunks could cause so much commotion and laughter all at once?

Coloring Tips
