Sunny Song of the Morning Coyote

A furry coyote lifts his nose high and lets out a long, happy howl while the sun peeks over his ear. His busy tail curves at his side, and his pointed ears stand up, listening for friends who might join his song. Spiky tufts of fur wave across his back and chest, catching the sunlight in little feathery lines.

Twisty plants stretch behind him, winding their leaves in the warm breeze. Soft hills roll below, making a cozy home for this wild singer. The sun's bright rays glow around his proud head, promising a new day full of fun and mischief.

Fun Fact!

Coyote pups start eating regurgitated food from their parents when they are about three weeks old.
