Sunny Forest Peek with a Stripey Friend

A young skunk peeks over a big, round log, showing off his fluffy tail and bright, wide eyes. His nose wiggles curiously as he looks right at you, paws pressed gently against the bark. The tall pine trees behind him stretch up to the sky, filling the forest with pointy green tops.

Sprigs of grass frame the log, and the skunk’s white stripe runs right down the middle of his fur. Sunlight seems to find cozy patches between the trees, making the woods feel friendly and safe. He’s ready for a day full of forest fun, paws still and whiskers twitching with excitement.

Fun Fact!

During the day, a skunk usually sleeps in a cozy den.
