Morning Blues for a Sleepy Deer

This deer stands with droopy eyelids and a frown, looking like he just woke up on the wrong side of the forest. In one hoof he grips a steaming mug, and in the other, he holds a ringing alarm clock. His wide antlers curl above his tired head, and his ears flop to the sides. Even his tail sags with sleepiness.

He stands tall, but it’s clear he’s not ready for the day yet. The steam swirls from his cup, and the big clock shows it’s early morning. With his tired, funny face and floppy posture, this deer needs some bright colors to help him wake up.

Fun Fact!

A White-tailed deer can leap obstacles up to 8 feet (2.4 m) high and cover 30 feet (9 m) in a single bound.
