Spirewing Guardian of the Cliffs

A young dragon crouches on cracked stone, ready to spring. She lifts her jagged wings high, each panel edged like stained-glass pieces. Her snout folds into a half-growl while narrow eyes watch the ground, and a forked tongue slips past sharp teeth.

Thick plates armor her neck and belly, stacked like small shields. Curved claws press into the rock as her tail coils into a spiky hook near a tuft of grass. Long cracks streak under her feet, and the wide wings stretch so far they almost touch the sky.

Fun Fact!

The dragon's ability to fly symbolizes freedom and power over the earthly realm.
