Storm-Swirl Sea Serpent Roars

A long sea serpent rises in a big S curve, bursting from foamy waves. Her scales stack like shiny leaves from neck to tail. She opens her mouth wide, showing pointy teeth and a fierce, proud grin. A sharp eye follows the storm rolling across the sky.

Clouds puff and billow all around, and a zigzag lightning bolt crackles nearby. Curly waves bump her sides and splash at her tail. Thin spikes crown her head, ready to slice the wind. The wide sky and the busy water make a bold stage for this mighty sea monster.

The "Sea Monk" was another creature, similar to the Bishop-fish, that washed ashore in Denmark in 1546 and was said to resemble a monk.
