Three-Stripe Candy Corn

A big candy corn sits in the middle of the page. It looks like a soft triangle with a rounded tip and a wide, friendly base. Two curved bands wrap around its belly, making three roomy stripes ready for color.

Thick black lines make the treat pop like a Halloween sign. The top stripe is tiny and pointy, the middle stripe curves like a smile, and the bottom stripe looks plump and squishy. There is lots of open space for bold crayon strokes and smooth marker swishes.

Fun Fact!

Candy apples were reportedly invented by a candy maker named William W. Kolb in 1908.
